The Traveling Section Failure Monitoring System (Model YZD-2) is an online real-time monitoring device developed to ensure the safety and quality of vehicle operation and to assess the health status of components. Compared to shaft temperature monitoring systems, this system uses a multi-parameter diagnostic mechanism and expert system that combines temperature, vibration and shock monitoring to detect component abnormalities at an early stage of failure, improving operational safety, timely maintenance to improve component operating environments, extending component life and reducing operational costs. The system mainly consists of the vehicle host, pre-processor and composite sensors, and the entire vehicle structure topology is illustrated in the following figure.
